One of the largest traditionalist African Religious sects - the Nazareth Baptist Church, or Shembe, as they are commonly known, gather at the Nhlangakazi Mountain on the edge of the Valley of a Thousand Hills, north of the South African port city of Durban, after a two week annual pilgrimage. The religious sect was founded on March 10, 1910 by Isaiah Shembe.
